Discover the fun of Brasilian dance! This class teaches young dancers the moves and music of both traditional and modern Brasilian dance. They learn the importance of warming up and stretching, basic dance positions and postures and simple to complex choreography. Class is ongoing.

Explore the basic rhythms of Brasilian percussion in a fun, age appropriate style. Youth students learn core beats in Brasilian samba and afro samba (Maracatu, Ijexa, samba de roda, etc.) using various instruments (congo, surdo, agogo, panderiro, triangle, etc.).

Come join in the excitement and the fun! This dance/workout class will get you moving to the carnaval beats of Brasil. Includes both warm-up and cool down. The dance/workout portion moves you all over the floor. Taught by Rodson, a professional dancer direct from Brasil. A great way to start your day!
