Join Abigail for a high-intensity cardio workout, with an emphasis on repetition, integrity of movement and isolations. Focused on strengthening the core, legs, and glutes. Attention paid to creating mobility in the hips and spine, enhancing balance, strength, posture and stamina. BYO (bring your own) mat, light weights & bands are optional.
